In the terminal there is an error "wget: missing URL".
Changing "urlarst" to "url" [http://dev.haiku-
os.org/browser/haiku/trunk/data/bin/install-wifi-firmwares.sh#L108 on this
line] fixes the problem. Looks like a freak typo.
