No luck in r34979 with VM_CACHE_TRACING_STACK_TRACE as "10" or "5". The
latter ran for 4hours of continuous `jam -aqj3 @alpha-raw` with no KDL.
I'm testing {{{ VM_CACHE_TRACING_STACK_TRACE 5 }}} and
kernel_debug_config.h 's {{{ #define KDEBUG_LEVEL 1 }}}. If this doesn't
KDL, i'll go back to VM_CACHE_TRACING_STACK_TRACE 0 and try your
instructions above.
