 Thanks for the help.

 Unfortunately, I am still getting this error.

 The only difference is it says "could not read block 262145" instead of
 block 131073, but I would guess that's due to the fact that I am no longer
 using the raw image, but rather I installed to a usb flash drive with the
 installer.
