I am seeing this problem on a DELL Inspiron laptop and 10 Mini. Under the
smallest of load the network stack stalls with no network activity. Syslog
reads "KERN: [net/marvell_yukon/0] watchdog timeout (missed Tx interrupts)
-- recovering". This seems to affect 4 different Dell Inspiron laptop
models.
