The radeon driver has been added in hrev46794 for x86_64 builds. So in
hrev46626 VESA driver was used instead for this card.

it looks like usb_disk driver fails to read some files (from haiku
package) from your usb thumb due to above errors. Try unplugging all other
usb devices/use different port for your usb thumb. In any case, I think
this issue deserves it's own ticket.
