 OK, I will fix that.

 I have one question: since the drawCursor parameter of the
 DrawingEngine::ReadBitmap() function does not seem to do anything at the
 moment, is it better to remove it from the function call, or do you prefer
 to leave it like it is so the API doesn't change?
