the Stage1 boot loader call INT 0X19 (BIOS_REBOOT) instead of INT OX18
(ROM BASIC interpreter*) or HLT (halt).

*on modern system, "ROM BASIC interpreter*" just display the error message
"no operating system found" then halt.
