@waddlesplash can Draw() be called without fSuperItem?

 I don't know how that would happen. fSuper can only be NULL when the item
 isn't in a menu, i.e. when it isn't going to be drawn, to my knowledge.
 Perhaps there's a race between removal and drawing...
