#18143: HaikuDepot: can't input numbers with the numeric keypad on the "rate"

While trying to leave a rate/review for a package, I've noticed that
HaikuDepot doesn't allows you to input numbers using the numeric keypad
section of the keyboard (tried turning NumBlock off and on again
repeatedly).
Only the "5" key seems to work when NumBlock is ON, the others always are
taken as arrows/home/end/page-up/down, etc.
