It might be a good idea to implement settings for accent colours in
Appearance. Setting an accent colour would collectively change certain
elements of the colour scheme, such as highlights and selections. It could
also affect the window tab too, since that is also controlled by the
colour scheme.
This may be good for end-users who want to customise the appearance of the
system, without having to change the theme entirely or individually
changing some elements of the colour scheme.
