With usb_keyboard disabled I get the debugger startup message, but all
input freezes. As far as I can see there is no legacy PS/2 emulation
option in the bios.
I could try a serial terminal if that helps, but I'll need to get an
appropriate cable.
Or can the kernel debugger execute commands from a file?
