As per the discussion on GitHub here:
https://github.com/haiku/website/pull/558#issuecomment-915697919
The User Guide should be moved to a new repository to make it easier for
people to contribute (currently people must clone the entire operating
system source plus the User Guide) and to manage.
Additionally, the User Guide could be moved to a new subdomain such as
userguide.haiku-os.org to make it easier to remember.
