Add the 'Select All' option to the Web+ menu GUI under the 'Edit'
category.
This feature does not require any preselection of text beforehand when
using the 'Alt A' keyboard shortcut or selecting the feature through the
menu option.
NOTE: This feature was tested with Net+ v2.2.1 on Haiku R1B3 x86.
