BFS doesn't store any access time. related #15102
 Thank you for the information.

 It would be very good if current stat command could be removed, it has too
 many errors. This gives rise to many misunderstandings.

 It should be added back later and when users run stat command it must not
 show any timestamp at "Access" because as you say the BFS does not store
 access time.
