#17055: auto-calculate anyboot media size

During the R1/beta3 release cycle, I had to keep slowly bumping up the
media size due to a growing set of packages. (hrev55219)
* Setting the image size too small, and haiku fails to build.
* Setting the image size too big, and the ISO wastes a lot of space to
download. (10MiB, 20MiB, etc * every uncompressed download)
We should really auto-calculate the media size (for ISO/anyboot) and add a
fixed overhead.
