If Windows arranged on top of the Desktop it is useful to use Tabs if
many windows are open. If the Title of a tab is to long (width) the tab
becomes very large. Mostly with Browser its Title bar showing a website
address.
The Title should be cut of at a given size.
This will help also when closing many windows by clicking its "X" to
close them without moving the mouse.
This behavior is used on Chrome browser.
Could be made by default or in Settings...
