We actually specify a minimum screen size of 800x600 in "system
requirements" for official purposes, so anything smaller than that we do
not "officially" support.
The picture is probably an app_server crash. I think this one from 2 years
ago we likely fixed already. If not, a separate issue can be opened about
that, preferably with a report captured.
