#16561: Include Slayer-like list views for each graph component

Currently ActivityMonitor only shows graphs... which kind of lacks detail,
and really not useful for identifying nasty processes or apps. Ideally all
graph items should present a list view in which all processes/apps are
listed according to their resource usage.
Basically, it would be like Slayer, but with tabs for each graph item, and
the corresponding graph would be below the list view.
