#16557: No informations about needed program/game data in hpkg packages

I start a discussion 4 years ago about package dependencies, things like
minimum screen resolution, ram limitit... again i come to the meaning that
we need a extra text part for information about dependencies.
Example: i install a game that need the original game data to run, because
it is only the haiku specific game starter. I indtall the game (no
specification are included the description) and can deinstall it because
of lack of this information.
It is only a example, but i think it is important to inform a user, not a
programmer or old bunny in Linux or other systems about that is need to
run the program 'before' installing it.
