#16543: FirstBootPrompt asks for restart when booting to desktop

Pressing the 'Boot to Desktop' button indeed boots to desktop but also
asks for a system restart.
Pressing 'Cancel' followed by either pressing 'Boot to Desktop' again or
closing the window gets rid of FirstBootPrompt.
