#16490: CharacterMap: Merge together with FontBoy and FontDemo

Upon looking at CharacerMap, FontBoy, and FontDemo, I believe these three
applications, combined together into a single "Font-O-Matic" application,
would provide an all-powerful font viewer (FontBoy), tester (FontDemo),
and analyzer (CharacterMap) in one for Haiku.
CharacterMap and FontDemo are in-tree, though FontBoy is currently over at
HaikuArchives: https://www.github.com/HaikuArchives/FontBoy
I see two primary problems with this:
- The license of FontBoy is currently the "Artistic License 1.0"
- Merging three separate "code-bases" would require quite a bit of
organization to have the code of the final-product end up in a clean
state.
