desktop] button in Team Monitor should run [https://git.haiku-
os.org/haiku/tree/data/system/boot/first_login/default_deskbar_items.sh
default_deskbar_items.sh] if `~/config/settings/first_login exists`.
Otherwise, starting the Desktop during (or after) the installation would
leave you with empty Deskbar without default replicants.
Eventually, `Restart the desktop` should use launch roster and its jobs.
