This is hrev54051.
Setting background color of parent view in AttachedToWindow is often used
because BeOS don't support transparent views. With hrev53713, hrev54051
transparent views support was introduced in Haiku and this workaround is
no longer needed. For making transparent view, its need to set
`B_TRANSPARENT_BACKGROUND` view flag and set view color to
B_TRANSPARENT_COLOR.
