When i.e a repository refresh encounters x.509 valid in the future as an
error the error box might offer to sync the time with ntp and point out
that time settings might be wrong (Atleast, seems a lot better than
"Refreshing repositories failed" or so)
I have had some machines with broken CMOS battery, and even beeing aware
of this it took me some time to understand why the updates failed :)
I am not 100% that this is the correct aproach, please discuss
