Reproduction steps:
1. Install Haiku
2. Run SoftwareUpdater to install latest software
3. Start WebPositive
Expected:
* WebPositive starts
Actual:
* WebPositive fails to start with error "Missing libraries:
libcrypto.so.1.0.0, libssl.so.1.0.0"
Also, HaikuDepot starts but does not work.
Workaround:
go to /system/packages/administrative and install older openssl hpkg from
previous state
