#15793: FileTypes: crazy relayouting when changing selected app in Application

This is hrev53937.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open FileTypes.
2. Select File -> Application types...
3. Click in application list and hold down arrow key
4. Application list width and window width will repeately change, that is
weirld.
Application list width and window width should not change when selected
item change. Maybe splitter should be used between application list and
information. Information should support trimming or word wrapping.
