I found that PDF printer driver is located in `pdfwriter` package that is
not installed by default. After installing package PDF printing become
working, but others issues occured like empty test page or infinite
loading with 100% CPU core usage at `Collecting Patterns Page: 1`.
Some error should be displayed if driver add-on is not installed insted of
reopening `Page setup` window.
