To reproduce just press the screenshot (druck/print) button, which then
freezes the video output completely, even the mouse cursor, I assume this
is app_server related.
it unfreezes when the screenshot app opens, pressing new screenshot seams
to then trigger this too.
bescreencapture seams to trigger this too.
