That's because, back when this driver was created, the official Wacom
driver for Windows had the buttons this way.\\
Somewhere along the line they changed their minds though and swapped the
buttons.
You can change the button arrangement in the mouse preflet though, see
[https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/userguide/en/preferences/mouse.html the
Haiku User Guide].
