#15398: Stacking and unstacking windows does not restore previous size

This is in reference to windows that don't allow to be resized,
for example scummvm takes on a certain size when a game starts, which
might be quite tiny.
Stacking it with i.e vision will increase the window size (and thus give a
black border below)
Un-stacking should restore the size of the scummvm window back to the
previous one, currently this doesn't happen.
