The rules for when a window stack may be resized seam quite wierd to me,
example:
Vision has a set sizeN and MediaPlayer a sizeM
MediaPlayer refuses to be resized on it's own vertically
Stacking MediaPlayer onto Vision produces a window stack of sizeN,
here mediaPlayer resized itself to be bigger!
Now, I am not allowed to resize the window stack bigger with both, however
i can unpin them, change the size of vision and then repin them for a
higher stack,
but it gets even wierder when i make the stack smaller, if i do it while
vision is in the foreground i may resize it smaller, and subsequently
resize it back to the original size again, with MediaPlayer i can only
decrease the size
I propose to change the behaviour to this:
If any window in the stack allows a certain resize action then allow it
for the whole stack.
