The keymap file itself isn't read, it's simply monitored for changes
(using [https://www.haiku-
os.org/docs/api/NodeMonitor_8h.html#a8128d34026a68960768d149911333127
watch_node()]). Once TermWindow receives notice the file has changed it
reloads the keymap in the conventional manner, using get_key_map().
