Therefore stat command and other commands should be optimized for BFS.

Haiku can use other file systems, not only BFS. So access time may be
 valid in some cases.

 Exactly, but no timestamp should be displayed under "Access time" for BFS,
 a hyphen {{{-}}} is sufficient. For other file systems it can be displayed
 if implemented correctly.
