Comment (by diver):
* LaunchBox doesn't change its color, it applies it only after reboot.
* Alert windows and MediaConverter mix previous background color with
current one.
* Touchpad background should be transparent I guess.
* LnLauncher and BeMines probably hardcode background color, not sure.
* Among these there could be possibly a bug in app_server.
