#14981: DHCP functionality not working since hrev53000

New install of hrev53001 resulted in the DHCP_DISCOVER being sent
constantly, eventually timing out, and never receiving an IP address.
The DHCP changes that broke it on my system are here: https://review
.haiku-os.org/c/haiku/+/1296
Blowing away that install with hrev52997 resulted in DHCP working
instantly.
Please let me know what log files, if any, you need to resolve this issue.
