Provide WebPositive browser use of WebGL 1.0 context rendering using
Mesa's OpenGL ES 2.0 feature.

Tested on: Haiku hrev52761 x86_gcc2 hybrid

New description:

 Add WebGL 1.0/2.0 support for additional rendering context and support
 objects for the HTML 5 canvas element [CANVAS]. This context allows
 rendering using a graphics API that conforms closely to the OpenGL ES 3.0
 API.
