It tries to inline text, everything else is added as an attachment. But
again, that's a different discussion that should happen in a new ticket
because it fundamentally changes the behavior of the Mail application -
maybe people rely on that, maybe they don't.
This visual bug has been here for four years - I have it fixed right now
with out any really invasive changes. I think we should just get that done
as a first step.
