#14514: install-wifi-firmwares.sh is not user friendly

We have this script for creating a package with the wifi firmwares we are
not allowed to distribute. This is nice, but it is completely
undiscoverable. There is no hint in network prefs that a wireless card was
found, but it has no firmware. We should add that, and a "download and
install firmware" button, just there.
