#14501: USB Mouse and keyboard stop working

This happens in hrev52356, hrev52351 64bit builds and the R1 Beta posted
on the forum.
I'm booting from USB to deskop.
After boot of system USB keyboard and mouse work fine but after some time
something causes them to stop responding at all. For example last time it
happened just after launching WebPositive.
