Comment:

 It seems your FAT32 volume has the name "` `", i.e. a single space
 character (without the quotes).

 Observe how your "dir" inside / shows an entry "`\ `" which translates to
 a single space, and the bash prompt when you opened it with the tracker
 add-on shows "`/ >`" (notice the extra space before `>`).

 So, entering the directory should work fine if you do e.g.
 `cd "/ "`
 ...or you just give the FAT32 volume a saner name :-)
