There have been pootle exports into trunk since this ticket was opened. So
I guess the fundamental issue was fixed?
However, the last export seems to be from November 12th 2016. There
definitely were strings translated since then.
What about the other way around? Are strings imported for changed apps? I
can't find anything like an import/export log on the pootle site...
