It appears that reconnecting a Mixer node, even to the same multi-audio
output, is broken; it produces silence. (Connecting and reconnecting
AudioAdapter to the output produces sound, so, this is a mixer node bug.)
This may be a separate bug, or it may be the cause of this one, I haven't
investigated.
