According to screenshot 4, you didn't allow non-secure IPP connection, and
I confident that Haiku's IPP print transport add-on don't support secure
IPP.
Try either allow non-secure IPP or to use LPR or HP JetDirect transport,
as according same screenshot both networked protocols are supported by
this printer too.
And, BTW, does scanning actually works over network with Sanity & SANE or
device is only detected but that's all?
