#12590: Paste doesn't appear to work correctly in gmail's message editor

As the subject indicates, when composing a message in gmail, pasting in
text doesn't appear to have any effect. Neither the keyboard shortcut, nor
the menu item, nor even trying to drag and drop a text block work.
Interestingly though, cut/copy does seem to work. This is on hrev50031
with haikuwebkit-1.5.1-1.
