At the moment, to rebuild core packages someone has to manually rebuild
all packages and upload them to a release version. This is extremely time
consuming. Haiku needs an automated way to build packages.

I've heard from community members countless times that this is a blocker
to R1/beta1, so i'm opening a trac ticket to represent it.

Waddlesplash is working on a paid contract to make a node.js solution. I
have an existing Ruby on Rails solution that needs a new client (not
written in Ruby) or our Ruby port needs fixed. (i'm working on the Haiku
Ruby port upstream)
