I did a series of boots for Alpha 4.1, 32 bit and 64 bit. To be
consistent, I decided the system to be booted as soon as the blue screen
appears. Alpha 4.1 is a consistent 12 second boot. Next up is 64 bit at 18
seconds. 32 bit took 21 seconds.
32 bit would not shut down at all on two consecutive attempts. This issue
is already tracked in another ticket. Otherwise, shutdown times are
comparable for all three builds.
