#12095: Migrate/mirror Haiku mercurial repos to git

We have a mercurial repo setup here:
http://hg.haiku-os.org/
It hosts various things not directly related to Haiku development, such as
Drupal setup, and various trac plugins we developed over the years.
These repositories have very low visibility which is not helping
interested people in making use of them. We should make them more visible
to help people join the sysadmin team. I would suggest mirroring them in
git format at http://cgit.haiku-os.org and/or at github, to make them more
visible.
Don't forget to update external links, for example at https://trac-
hacks.org/wiki/SubcomponentsPlugin, if we decide to shutdown the mercurial
repos.
