JPEG has a lot of settings I think the view will be very crowded.
You could make spacing between checkboxes smaller, like in GIF translator,
then I believe all settings would fit into the view without stretching it
too much.

As for the split between Read/Write options, you could use Media preflet's
solution.
(BTW what is the point of the title there? I can see what I've selected on
the left.)
