Not allowing users to follow ticket progress (cc) may deprive devs of
valuable information about problems with Haiku. The Trac system is a
communications tool, using the capatcha should be all the security needed
to protect that communication. Closing this ticket as not valid is not
listening to the Haiku testers and users who use the Trac system to
deliver information to the devs.
