The problem is still present in hrev49627. Sometimes multiple boot
attempts are required to get a functional mouse or keyboard. The problem
also appears to have evolved somewhat. Previously it only happened at
boot. Now it intermittently happens after the system has been up and
running - one CPU core will be pegged at 100%, however keyboard and mouse
are still working. Under these conditions I see the CPU cores pegging at
100%, alternating in random fashion in Pulse.
